Our courses are Hybrid in design. That is to say, they are internet base but also includes LIVE instruction by a qualified instructor to provide to added understanding that only a classroom setting can provide.
Internet: Video session for each chapter by David Collins, end-of-chapter quizzes, and the final exam that self-grades. Students will have up to six months to complete this.
Live Instruction: All courses will have a live workshop to review all of the areas of critical concern. The number of days will depend on the course.
Although the course is an automated, internet-based program, your instructor and our school is there with you all the way. That is why you are welcome to speak with our instructors directly over the phone if you need “a little extra coaching.” Just call 1.850.771.8001 between 9:00 a.m. CDT to 2:00 p.m. CDT, Monday through Friday, and we will do our best to help you. Sometimes we may have an instructor return your call later that day. Complete your required Florida real estate education requirement to obtain your sales associate real estate license the Hybrid way.
